HENLEY SHARKS REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR SEASON 2026

 

PLEASE NOTE THIS PROCESS IS TO REGISTER A 2025 REGISTERED HENLEY SHARK PLAYER TO SECURE A PLAYING SPOT FOR 2026.

NEW 2026 UNDER 7 PLAYERS BORN IN 2019 ARE ALSO ABLE TO USE THIS PROCESS.

​Our club has a waiting list and accessing registration without approval may influence your position on our waiting list.

​

 Costs will apply that cannot be refunded if you continue.

​

The SANFL has a new registration system - please read ALL the below points prior to re-registering.

​

SPORTS VOUCHERS for 2026 are ONLY available to be claimed online only.  Vouchers will be claimed in the 2026 Calendar year.

You must claim these online when registering the player.  

Available for players who will attend SA primary schools and also includes Year 7, 8 and 9 (in 2026.) This option is found underneath the payment summary (Payment & Summary screen) - Click on 'I have a Government Voucher' and complete your details.

Please note you must select if you would like to claim one or two vouchers

HOW MUCH ARE REGISTRATION FEES?

​

  • Fees for Season 2026

    • U7 to U11 Non-Premiership Age Groups  - $350​

    • U12 to U18 GIRLS - Premiership Age Groups - $375

    • U12 to U15.5 BOYS – Premiership Age Groups - $375

    • U17.5 BOYS - $425

    • Sibling Discounts will apply in Season 2026, this can only be applied at the time of registration.
      ​

    • An extra mandatory SANFL Juniors Fee will need to be paid to complete your registration

WHAT DO MY REGISTRATION FEES COVER?

​

  • Use of Henley Sharks Guernsey for the season (MUST be returned at season end otherwise costs will apply)

  • Player registration fees

  • Player Insurance

  • Oval hire fees

  • Umpiring fees

  • First aid provisions and medical equipment

  • Training equipment purchase

  • Team photos

  • Contribution to club running costs and maintenance

SPORTS VOUCHERS 

  • You may claim the Office of Rec and Sport vouches online at time of registration only. 

  • If you forget to claim it when registering the club CANNOT reimburse you afterward. 

  • The ORS voucher is valid for primary school aged children and students who will be Years 7,8 and 9 in 2026.
