Do you want to KNOW what all the Sports Stars do in their off season?

F45 Henley Beach joins forces with the Henley Sharks………

In an exciting new partnership to help our Juniors, F45 Henley Beach is offering some specialised training to help with the strength and conditioning of our Juniors BOYS and GIRLS.

F45 Training was originally created to develop NRL Players into high performance athletes. F45 Henley Beach  have many of the Port Power, Adelaide Crows and SANFL players training with them in the off season and would love to work with the Henley Juniors to help take them to the next level ( 13 years or above).

We are excited about the opportunity to implement an 8 week program to assist players/athletes from 13 years of age and up to develop all aspects of fitness and move closer to ‘elite’ levels of strength, agility, power, endurance and cardiovascular fitness to name a few.

Initially we are offering two come and try sessions
 – Wednesday 28th February at 7.00pm (limited numbers $10.00 a session)
 – Friday 2nd March at 5.00pm (limited numbers $10.00 a session)

Following these Emma / Katie and the team will run Players through a Preseason Challenge every Friday afternoon at 5.00pm. The Players will be tested at the start of the program and then re tested on completion of the program.  The Challenge will run for 8 weeks and be at a cost of $10.00 a session ($80 for the program).

The Challenge will commence Friday 9th March.

  • Week 1: will consist of fitness testing
  • Weeks 2-7: a one hour training session per week
  • Week 8: Fitness testing and a Q & A with a panel of elite sports people (which parents can attend)

At the end of the Challenge some of the F45 Sport Stars will be on hand to run the Juniors through the program. Some of the Sporting Stars found and photgraphed at at F45 Henley Beach above.

Port Power– Byron Pickett, Chad Wingard, Aidyn Johnson, Sammy Gray, Alipate Carlile, Paddy Ryder, Jarman Impey, David Rodan, Jackson Trengrove

Adelaide Crows – Eddie Betts

Adelaide Thunderbirds Netball – Chelsea Pittman

Pro Boxer– Antonio The Spartan

The ownership group of F45 Henley Beach comprises of: Alipate Carlile (ex-Port Power AFL), his partner Joanna Sutton (ex Adelaide Thunderbirds & Sydney Swifts), Pauly Vandenbergh (ex-NBL Canberra Cannons and Melbourne Tigers) and Emma Vandenbergh (20 years industry experience as strength and conditioning coach Head trainer for Les Mills Internationally).
